I have the same problem

I found the fix here "http://www.gsmindia.in/forum/showthread.php?t=22297" I opened twister but didn't replace it, just took out the part showing in pic and put it back in. Screwed everything back on and ran HWK Update Tool again and it was successful.

Then I ran the HWK Setup Suite again and this time selected repair.

Everything working perfectly again.
