ufs log on to support problem

hi guys i have a orginal ufs but not able to log on to support site it shows cannot get server data check internet connection or try again

use latest 2.9.0 ver of support suite ok.

tried it bro ......now i face another problem
1.i am not able to log on to support site
2.
i am not able to flash it shows "none authorized software....."
plz help

hwk server problem have to wait till they fix new server.

you have to update hwk

no trick for this

first check your hwk upgrade if yes
