Please Attention for updating HWK

salam.
after upgrading HWK i have face some problems.
1. is that every time i have to need to pgrade hwk when u change ur operating system like windows.
2. but u can't upgrade hwk twice in a day if u have no log.
if u facing upgarding error no log.
just wait 1 day only 1 log will be transfer in ur account
.tomorrow u can upgrade hwk .
and if shws anothuries copy of software or hwk not connected properly .just install solution.reg.
then install hwk support suite,
and then upgrade .
and after this instal main hwk suite like 02.09.000
that's it.
