    Exclamation l6 charging problem!!Plz help

    l6 charging problem!!Plz help
    i have an L6 the problem is when i connect my charger to it i hear a sound as if the mobile has recognized the charger but on the screen the battery indication does not move. as if the mobile is not charging... can you please give me a solution for this problem??

    Charger is origional


    If not try with origional 100% tested
