K750 White LCd

I hv sony ericsson K750 its in white lcd
i cant understand its hardware or software
In Hardware i check the All link and diagram and change the ic same again

In software i hv not good flashh file

Its Software Or Hardware?????????

every thing is ok but not lcd come
i chge the lcd but same again

i flash my Setool box through k750 three sets same three problem again
whats problem????????
