works only led top left, can i repair my phone?

Hy thanks for your response i think the hardware problem because my phone is water damaged i have clean my phone and it work, but now not turn only led top left work i think charge also the battery because i have checked the pinouts of logic board for battery and have the current, the logic board have current please send me the image for repair my phone i have checked also circuit of alimentation i think ok

According to your question , your set is not clean properly , dip your fone in Ctc for 20 min , now dry it with hair dryer , after 10 min , try to on , if not then connect charger , if showing , then set is ok , check power button , if not , then flash it

Hy i have clean my phone with ctc and i have dry it with hair dryer but my phone not switch on again, i have see my phone charge the battery,i have desoldering all scelding that cover the component of motherboard of phone, i must soldering now for switch on my phone? the current there is in the phone i have checked but not switch on
