V3r Hardlocked???

Hello everyone, Im new here so start with the hellos..
I have a tmobile V3r, I got the IMEI and sent it in for a unlock code, Got the code and put in my cingular sim and It says contact provider... Never asked me for the code....

I got the phone off the net so had no idea it was locked this way, I would like to know if there is a way to reset it so it ask me for the code???? I think someone may have tried to unlock it and entered the wrong code...

Is there a way to reset the # of times it ask you for the code?

Brother use Smart clip,Ubl,OR Usb smart

make a test point

and do the job

Thanks guys but I got it..

unlock this phone isnt as hard as you would think...
I got the unlock code put in the new sim and waited for about an hour with phone on and it ask me for the code...

the code worked so phone is unlocked, I then flashed with
nightfall_knorvell_R344u2_stock_unbranding_flex to remove all the
T mobile crap..

unlocked with no t mobile crap...

I also got the software to unlock with test point but didnt have to go that way right now, this way will save you the $20 for the unlock code..
