k300i joystick strange problem

my phone has joystick problem.
after replacing the joystick noe pressing the joystick in any direction it works
as middle key.
in any direction the MENU opens and works as we press OK button.
I have checked the continuity and all is ok but still there is strange problem..

the keypad is also working ok..
