nokia 6630 dead dut to heat on cpu

i have a nokia 6630 i was changing the keypad ic but bymistake the cpu is heated it is now dead ples help

lightly put pcb cleaner on cpu leave it for 1hour

then put themobile for charging with battery if charging indication appears in 5min on the

mobile or check it for flash
