But are you sure, he is a mobile repair guy. Maybe he is a normal user and want to update the phone using the cracked software. Lets wait for his reply to see if he has updated the phone or the phone is dead with incomplete flash. Also please make sure that when you help people to update or flash phone, first step you mention them is to backup their phone, so that they dont cry later in case if anything goes wrong.

You guys do a great job with your suport, but make sure use the backup word with all such kinda software repair work.
