Samsung D500e Flashing??

Newbie needs help!!! I need to flash my Samsung D500e coz it’s giving me grief, it re-set it self quiet often, please advice on how (instructions) and where can I download the right software?
I got Samsung D500e USB to do the job.

Hi mate..
I m really sorry to say that u r posting in wrong section.....So thats why u not getting answer yet....Plz post in right section!..Anyways u have to get usb to serial or simple serial cable to reflash this phone.....
