    sir i have k310i phone ...i will make a full flash but in customize function did not complete...
    Error retrieving more info
    Invalid response
    Please turn the phone off and then unlock RSA!

    im also make thes function...remove rsa...
    phone is alive ..but here is the message...configuration error..pleas contact
    your network operator or service
    centre...

    TRY to flash FS by cruiser or Setool 3
    And gdfs
