Thumbs up very basic way...nokia shortcircuit find out

you have to collect same model schematic..(if available)

sometime parts conected with bat +ve due to many reason get short ...then multimeter show(reading) short. some parts are directly conected with bat +ve terminal and some parts are conected via some small coils(+ve supply/).also some coils(+ve supply series coil) are conected throuh +ve supply coils. here i am show you the coils conected with bat +ve terminal..

here is my sample with 6303i rm-638...

    click at zoom....

    click next again...

now the coils are marked...(red circle)

    here is the fbr....

Thumbs up now find the short part or section....

now find the short part(s) or section....

if you have doubt with any particular section!!!

here is my sample with 6303i rm-638...

    see the image..

1.open or remove L1400(+ve supply coil)... if short remain in battery terminal it mean this section is clear(no short in the section).
so we have to go another part or section.

2.open or remove L1400(+ve supply coil)...if found short between L1452(+ve supply series coil) to grownd 1st you have to check
the green mark capacitors(replace if short).if capacitors are ok then finally need to change N1450.

    now the part(s) are marked...

by this trick easy to check short circuit in PCB

Thumbs up now find the part(s) which directly conected with vbat +ve

now find the part(s) which directly conected with vbat +ve

here is my sample with 6303i rm-638...

some pert(s) are directly conected with vbat +ve....

see the image...the green and blue marked part(s) are directly conect with vbat +ve terminal....

remove or open L2080...if short remain in battery +ve terminal check all capacitors(change if short)in green mark. if capacitors are ok then finally need to change one after N5702 or N5701 mark in blue.

    now the part(s) are marked....
