My HWK Box problem (ANSWERED)

Welcome and sorry for my english
I bought a box hwkbox2 run for a few days and now it pops up problem
Licence 5 not active
is a new box to work properly but now does not want
I am using Windows XP SP3

I called the dealer and he told me the problem server and should resolve itself in 2 -3 days
is it possible?

No Its Not Server Problem..

Both Upgrade & Support Servers are Online Currently..

and can you tell me what happened that boxing has stopped working? and has different SN HWK_UPDATE program is different and on another computer, the program is different and in addition, such a communication

I've used but it still does not work I'm very angry because I think that I have been cheated when buying a box
