dear u have to use com cable applly unlock.then it will show phone hacked then u have to flash

Dear Members i have unlock atleast 30 pcs with ubl just flsh it.

i have unlock all c117 with this flash file.
C11x_Firmware_1_0_38_LP_T10_En_Bg_Gr_Ro_Ru
and all pcs are unlocked try this flash file and post result.

select comport from computer device manager see there and select ubl cable port driver and when u get error means ur phone is not connected or cable problem.

If using a serial cable with UBL I recommend that you use a powered serial cable or a power adaptor it'll work every time then!

u can use com cable and usb cable
