6120c Power On Problem, set can be switched on after charging for some time: Plz help

I Have one Nokia 6120c Handset. It was water damaged.
Now the set has one problem, that is it cant switch on without charging. I mean to say I have to connect the charger to mobile for around 30 min-1 hour, then it shows charging (Dont show charging at first), when it shows charging (after plugging the charger for 30 mins-1 hours) then i can switch on the mobile with the power key.
Its power keys and power key ways are OK. HWK-UFS shows all tests OK.
I changed the battery many times. cleaned the battery connector also.
Is there any idea with u, or have u solved any problem like this??????????

Are you carefuly clean the total bord? if no ,do this first then if same problem ,change battery connector.
