    Default HWK Update problem

    Hello there i have a updating problem with micro box . Last sunday i was formated my computer and installed windows sp2 afer that i installed micro setup and drivers but it can't be updated.
    here are the logs

    hello every body recently I downloaded and installed the new version of hwk support suit and setup but now when I open dctxbb5 icon the message ''Unexpected exeption: Invalid data type for'' and when click on connect message ''Unexpected exeption: box_auth_error:20.after click on ok disconnect button does not appear and cant check any handset
    plz help and suggest how to solve my problem

    hello sir I have no any Information about my reseller because this box was purchased by by brother and he is no more now. plz give other option

    BUT SIR THE FBI FILE CONSIST THE SERIAL NO OF THE BOX THEN HOW CAN IN BELIEVE YOU AND YOU ALREADY DECLARED ON ANOTHER POST THAT YOU DON'T GENERATE THE XXXXFBI FILE. THAT IS
    DO NOT Perform This Process Unless You have Box Auth Error : 20

    Update Client Reports "Use Update Firmware to Authorise UFS !" or You are Advised to do so.

    1. Run Update Client.
    2. Select Your Language.
    3. Click "Next".
    4. Wait Until the "Update UFS Firmware" Button is Enabled and then Click it.
    5. Select req.fbi File, you will Need to get this file From the Support Area.
    6. After a Few Seconds the Process will Complete and Create a File Called xxxxxx.req. (Where xxxxxx is Your UFS Serial Number)
    7. Send this File to your UFS Reseller.
    8. When you Receive xxxxxx.fbi from your UFS Reseller, Perform Steps 1-4 above.
    9. Select xxxxxx.fbi
    10. After a few Seconds your Box will be Authorised.

    Your UFS Reseller is the Only Person who can Help with this Process, do not Ask here in the Forum, We will not Generate xxxxxx.fbi Files for you.

    NOTE :

    1. The xxxxxx.fbi File Sent by your UFS Reseller is one Time Use Only.
    2. Once you have made the xxxxxx.req File, do not Perform Any Other Steps on the Box, since this will cause the xxxxxx.fbi File to be Out of Sync.

    HWK HID is More Important than Box's Serial Number...

    Just Send Me .req if You have Trust

    Otherwise You can Contact Any Moderator of This Forum or Your Reseller...

    hello Mr. skynet4u I tried to know the reseller and to find the invoice of the box so much, but I could not be succes. I have full faith on you and now i WANT TO SEND YOU .REQ FILE PLZ HELP. thanks
