Need Help Regarding Firmware Update

I have Nokia E5-00 , and there is Update available version 42.7 on Navifirm , Now I want to know where to download Phoenix or any other Nokia Care Suite to install that Firmware by myself

Kindly post me some links to get better guide, I will be really very Thankful GsmIndia Guys !
