n81-3 power ic heat up

dear sir, I have a prob with my n81-3.whenever the power on switch is pressed,the power ic retu is heating up and the phone is switch off again without showing any nokia sign.I suppose that the power ic is short,can it be repaired? if yes, plis tell me how to.or will the problem only be in power ic?is there a chance to solve this prob? Help.pliz
