6303 RM443 flash problem?

respected friends i have 6303 the problum is this when u on the set its b on and show nokia conecting mono other that set b off atumeticly i flash it in ATF i use both mathadh setup files and manual fils flash b complet but the show PHONE READ INFO FAILD pls any body tell me this slotion thx.
