ur box can be over heated is hardware problem

suppose 20 error, 52 error also hard ware problem

2. Restart PC
3. Install Support Suite
4. Check With Other USB Cable If Shows HWK Not Connected
5. If Same Clean Pinouts for HWK Chip and Check
6. If Still Same Contact Your Reseller...
