GFIVE U909 & U505 solutions pls ?

More handsets with these type of problems
1.restarts after 30 mins ,
2.auto on when connect batt
3.warning invalid charger when changed 8 leged ic also
replaced total charging compenents with new ones but still problem not solved,
any solutions already tried lot of trouble shooting pictures in our forum helped alot from our professionals , thanks

both with mtk and spd chipsets
some handsets..
when try to unlock the phone code the message displays
failed to set CMD=7E 00 00 00 00 00 00 7E,i can't unlock the phone.

what may the problem,
replaced new connecting port but ,can read data ,but not enter into tracker

confused ?
pls any solutions

(1) I tried by red hot cpu with flux,some handsets solved,

(2)mostly i faced problems with conneting rx tx to the port while unlocking are reading info

(3)"changing baud modes " mostly solved ,better to use in at low
