nokia 97 dead cant switch on. Cannot be detected by usb when connected to pc. Cannot be detected when using tornado? Please guide me the next step in reviving the dead phone? Tq

I cant switch on the phone when i first got the phone. The owner said he already sent the nokia center. The technician said the phone was water damaged. However, the owner claimed that he never immersed the phone in the water.

Surfing through net, i found out I need to rehot the ICs. but I dont know which iC to rehot.
