When connect to charger is charging alright but battery never get full but when charge battery with universal charger it charges full. any solution

This phone has a battery of 1000 mAH, which needs the charger with big power. In your case I completely think that the charger in not providing the correct charge, replace the charger and try again. Chargers are normally fixed with a push up IC to increase the charge they provide to phone. Univeral chargers are flexible with 500 mAH baterry or be it 1000 mAH or the ones in Chinese phones 1800 mAH.
