    If Same Try This :
    1. Remove Suite, Support Suite & Registry Entries...
    2. Restart System
    3. Install Support Suite
    4. Run Update Client and Check...

    Still Same :
    1. Open Box
    2. Remove HWK Chip
    3. Clean Pinouts
    4. Insert HWK Chip
    5. Run Update Client and Check...

    If Still Problem Same "Contact Your Reseller"
