Go a mobile repair shop they can help you.
To factory reset you need flash box.

hi friends to unlock your Nokia1600 just press red key, after this hold left soft key for two seconds.... when display on your screen this message "Now press *" then you have to press * (star) button immidiately. just finish you have unlocked your phone enjoy.....
