nokia c1-01 l.cd light problem

hello everybody I have a nokia c1-01 its lcd light don't glow. when I checked lcd prints I found no reflexon on 10 and 11 number pins after search this image I put these twoblue and green colored jumpers now 11 no pin has reflexon and 10 no. pin is still same. I tried to connect it to ground but it give direct light even the mobile is switched off. plz give the jumper for 10 no. pin thanks
