thanks but now it shows error 16 : pls reinstall support suite many times i reinstall support suite but no working.

Reinstall Support Suite and Check
If Same Change USB Cable and Check

If Still Same :
1. Open Box
2. Remove HWK Chip
3. Clean Pinouts
4. Connect HWK Chip
5. Connect Box to System and Check
