Follow This Steps :

1. Check MCU & PPM Details First :

a] If MCU & PPM Firmwares are Same Like This :

MCU SW : V 6.90 22-06-07 RH-64 (c) NMP
PPM SW : V 6.90 22-06-07 RH-64 (c) NMP AA

Write PM and Check...

b] If MCU & PPM Firmwares are Different :
Full Flash and Check...

2. If Step 1 Not Work :

a] Change LCD and Check

b] If Same Try This :

c] If Still Same Change LCD Connector and Check...

Don't Forget to Post Result...
