Try Step by Step :

1. Change USB Cable and Check
2. ReInstall HWK Support Suite and Check

3. If Same :
Open Box
Remove HWK Chip
Clean Pinouts for HWK Chip
Insert HWK Chip Back
and Check with Support Suite

If Still Same HWK Chip Damage...
