    Question Xperia Arc LT18i- How to change IMEI

    I bought Xperia Arc from someone and I think it was stolen and reported. In the first 2 days it worked like a charm (with my sim) but then I couldn't do/get SMS/Calls- I believe the phone was locked by this time.Is there any way to solve this problem? Any tutorial for a solution?
    If I am right the phone is locked by his IMEI number, but not sure.
    Please help me people
    Current Android ver: 2.3.4
