N8 auto on when the bettrey keep insight... solution required

Nokia N8 ....when the bettrey keep insight the set ...set automatic on..........I removed the on/off button and put new one but the fault is same ......any solution auto on/off or any one knows about the on/off ways....so please send me with the diagram if possible.!

no no no when i put the bettrey inside the set then set turn on before pushed the on/off button .........and then properly on,,,but you can't use the on/off button after that...?we change the on/off button but the fault still same......any solution.
