i have micromax q5, its keypad half working and half kypad not working, and when u press jjoystick navigator upper button it switched off automatically, charging is ok, please send its solution.

thanks bro. for your support, i clean thefull pcb and heat charging socket and near battery connector area, keypad is working now, fine.
