    1) uninstall hwk setups.

    2) run d SarasSoft_Emergency_Cleanup.reg http://www.mediafire.com/?e20vx8rf9lwiuja

    3) install latest HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000 run update client nd update it.after update is succesful install HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000.
