BB 9700 mouse pad fault solution required

BB 9700 when the mouse pad attached on the board set goes on hang mood and when the mouse pad take off the board at the moment set work properly ...what's wrong over there if someone have solution for that one so tell me.

try to change your track pad........its track pad sensor problem... if your problem not solve check track pad ic have any water damage or.... if yes

remove ic and make the jumper...........
