start up failed contact

Hi!!! i have nokia 5800 and when i switch on phone and see - start up failed contact the retailer, i try flash with using phoenix in dead mode but i have some errors and phone not flash, sorry for my bed English. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help

Can it be haeware problem?

1st flash yur mobile vit latest firmware using fbus cable nd scan d mobile using ATF or MXKEY etc.

if yur mobiles simlock data Corrupted repair simlock sl3 using ATF or other.

while scanning if yu get SECURITY_TEST : FAILED 1st repair super dongle (sd)

den write pm wit sx4 auth.
