Got a big problem in upgrading hwk Pliz assist!!!

It's the 5th day with the same problem can't wait any longer please assist if got the final solution for this.
My reseller nowhere to b found.
Pliz take my case n handle it.

Earlier I have the same Problem I wait for 15 days then i got a server log. Do not disappoint You may Got this. It is hard to find UFS Retailor because Re-tailors supply box to Small Cities for selling who is not valid retailors.
