Need solution for water damaged Nokia C1-00

Nokia C1-00 water damaged - no power on. may be dead. need Solution?

first do basic clean it with any liquid to wash away water on it and apply hot air thoroughly just to sure water gone..then check if not shorted,,and commonly if lcd damage or not completely connected,,unit will dead so just do basic on it,,,
