Display problem

Hello GSM Team
My phone is a GT-N9300 Feiteng.
The screen looks with these lines, as if double image

Apparently the phone works well, even the touch screen.
After booting, you see the menus and access, but the lines do not disappear.

What steps should I take to correct the problem?
