Nokia c2-01 rm-721 sim card accept problem

Sir, my nokia c2-01 rm-721 when i power on without sim card phone is work good,but when i start up phone with sim phone is turn off. Please advice me what can i do now. Also i flash it v11.20 with mxkey but the result is same.

Maybe SL Corrupted or damage.
Better if you have warranty time then replace it.

sim base not shot i check it. it is ok and sim card is accepted then turn off.

I found a problem network side.when sim is accepted after coming network phone is off.i change the pa now ph is ok
