Nokia X3-02 keypad 3,6,9,# not function help....

Hello Everyone good day to all;

Just want to ask if anybody can help me about my problem in Nokia X3-02 Keypad 3,6,9,# not functioning..
iI have no Flex to try so i was in need of keypad ways of this phone...The outer line is no connection, can anyone show me the right ways? Help!!!!
