Nokia 3110c on off problem

my nokia 3110c.i flash it with mxkey then i click normal mode phone is ok but when i 3110 Power Ways.jpgput the battery and try to on but it is not work.i make the jumper it is also not work.please advice me what can i do now.

Replace Missing/Damage Part and Check...
