UFS-3 is HWK Supported Software. Software not Update regularly. It is now more than one year software not upgrade.

Contact service problem not done by UFS-3, whether Infinity box do better

I think HWK not bad.But for contact service solution you need other tool,like Mxkey/ATF.so you can buy only ATF or HWK+Mxkey.

You can Buy HWK & MxBox as Startup.. [Cheap and Good Tools for New Users]
or Buy HWK & ATF...
