Can't read MMC

sony ericsson k770i sometimes can read it MMC, sometimes not, I tray to remove the MMC & put it again to it tray, my mobile read it again the MMC but not to long, only 10 minute, after that loose read read again, kindly help me to solve this problem or give me solution like schematic & diagram, give me 3 or more solutions to fix that related to this problem.
