did you try to clean it first.

if no luck,try reheat or replace the keypad IC

i am having N Gage classic which stopped working afterdisplaying main app. closed. After keeping phone on while displaying Main App. Closed! it became hot & after that it is starting but screen becomes only white lights nothing else & becomes hot after starting pls. help me out
