how can i unlock samsung gt-1085f?

If you have Hwk,then check with it.If you can connect,press unlock.

SIM normaly lock when you enter the SIM password wrong more that 3 times.
You need to call customer care and ask for PUK code. Once you enter the PUK code you SIM will work again.
If Still it doesn't work you need to get new SIM from the Service provider, the number won't change.
