Nokia 7610 Very huge and unknown fault plz read

Nokia 7610 All thing ok, it was put down and lcd is break

i change the lcd, now set is working all ok

i used then set is ok but when i leave it is but when in stand by mode

time apear & then screen is blinking blinking blinking

but when i restart the set it is ok

sir,
1st-try change original LCD
2st-change display IC (Z402) and bypass V400>refer to diagram
3st-reball UPP if still same problem....change UPP
