then back this message

please enter activation string

when i press on ok:

Licence update failed, try again
Selected Device, not Compatible with Software

help me please

the sn of my ufs is:78511

Hello Sir
I have Problem With my UFS-4
It has been Restted
and I also Used your Software for Update firmware.
But I am Unable to connect my UFS-4 Box

When I am opening the sarassoft and then I am clicking on the Connect
withing 2 seconds it has been disconnecting.

Please help Me. Urgent
