N5300 Phone restricted

Pls help for N5300 after full flash V4.71 put sim card become Phone restricted.Can i use MT-BOX direct unlock it.Who can help me for this problem,PLS,PLS

sir try to make a full erase ..and flash it again and make a ui settings..

dont erase or flash your phone
your phone is locked (restricted)
u have to unlock your phone with MT-Box pro or Mt-Pro lite

Sir i have jaf with p key.now iam using 1.98.38 setup ,can i unlock nokia 5200 with this jaf..at this time the phone dosen"t change to test or local mode.thanks
