dear first of all your connect ufs-3 and select bb5 model and click on check and when u take ok first boot when you click on format fs when new windows appear u click on format c drive format low level after few second your n73 contact retailar ok you used normal condition ok plz try and post me result m shahid nadeem ALLAH HOO MOBILE
